At Cassettes & Confetti, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect sizing selections
• buyer’s remorse
• change of mind

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the item and packaging
• a brief description of the issue

We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after purchase, so cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. If additional help is needed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
